| i got my courage...
i finally went to office and got my salary on tues. went to bank in the cheque. met mw at ubi and talked...money got cashed into my bank account today after 2pm. met koonhiang and jaf and went to tampines tgt for lunch. before lunch, we went walking around to look for some sports attire for jaf's orientation next week. got some converse clothings. meanwhile waiting for jaf to pay for his stuffs, i saw a pair of shoes from kappa. STYLE (: me and kh were like, yea...must get the same pair of different colours tgt with mw. how cool would that be! we were thinking what to get for lunch when we rmbed meiwah working at swensens. so we went in at approx 1.50pm, thinking that student meal starts at 2pm. while looking through the menu, our eyeballs were all rolling all over, trying to spot meiwah's presence. but she didn. well, after sometime, she FINALLY noticed us. so she took our orders. BUT, she said "ehh, student meal starts at 2.30pm lehs" we were like looking at one another and shrugged. WE'RE HUNGRY. it's ok, i ordered fried mushroom first and caramel espresso which costs $5.90 and $1 respectively. kh wanted a mango lychee and a frosted choc malt for jaf, i think? (tick tock, tick tock, tick tock......) we were waiting for time to pass, while trying to talk crap and listen to some nice music. till 2.30pm. finally, we ordered our, erm, lunch. i got fish and chips, and kh and jaf got pastas. kh's order came first then came mine, and lastly jaf. but guess what? he finished his pasta first. then ordered another walnut rocky road. it's ice cream. ate and talked...till i think 4pm? total bill was 66+ bucks. i paid using nets, taking it as paying off my debt to jaf. mw's knock off time was supposedly 5pm. after billing out, we stayed there and kept talking. lol. tough business from us right. 5pm: the time has come. we quickly got mw to punch time out. haha. meanwhile, we went to minitoons to get jaf's stuffs again. i lent him my card. met up with mw at mac. then all went to cs to show her the shoe we saw earlier. she said it was nice too (: then we walked to inter and took a bus back home. me, mw and jaf alighted at ubi and got 2 cups of bubble tea. walked to a nearby sitting area and talked through the evening till 9pm. well, me and mw were a little moody talking about relationships and family. i couldnt bear the sadness and my tears flowed. lucky i was able to control my emotions in the end... went home after that...  |  |
